Together We Can – Youth Mentorship Program

Together We Can is an initiative under the Ontario Black Youth Action Plan to serve black youth between the ages of 12-24. Part of this plan is to provide support and guidance to youth that will help them develop their social skills while making positive connections with professionals and experienced post-secondary students from various industries. Through mentorship, youth are given the opportunity to gain insight and support in employment, entrepreneurship, civic engagement, leadership and academic advancement.

Program includes:

  • Group mentoring with peers
  • Workshops, events and excursions
  • Access to various resources and supports
  • And more!!
  • Eligibility Criteria:

  • Must be between ages 12-24
  • Identify as a member of the black community OR,
  • Be aware that program services will be culturally focused using an anti-black racism lens
  • Interested in participating in the mentoring program or becoming a mentor?
