TORONTO, ON – April 15, 2025 – Tropicana Community Services (Tropicana) is pleased to announce the appointment of Daniel (Danny) Anckle as the new Executive Director of the organization. With over 25 years of experience in the non-profit sector, Daniel brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and a deep commitment to equity, diversity, and social justice.

Throughout his distinguished career, Daniel has made a profound impact on children, youth, and their families. Before joining Tropicana, he served as the Executive Director of various organizations, including Cecil Community Centre, Central Neighbourhood House, and the Jamaican Canadian Association. His dedication to community-building and client-centered services aligns perfectly with Tropicana’s mission to support youth and families.

Daniel will officially begin his role as Executive Director on May 5, 2025.
