Director of Fundraising & Philanthropy – Full Time Permanent
Reporting directly to the President of the organization, the Director of Fundraising & Philanthropy is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for driving all aspects of fundraising in support of Tropicana’s mission and vision. This role is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive fundraising strategy, oversee grant writing, build strong donor and funder relationships, and lead day-to-day fundraising activities.
