Job Description: This job is a part-time position, leading to a full-time position. You may be required to work in the savory or sweet department with the following duties:

• Handling pastry dough – with machinery and hand rolling

Savoury Department

• Handling meat and poultry
• Making sauces

Sweet Department

• Making fillings in large quantities of pastries

Required Job Skills/Quantification:

• Ability to follow instructions and recipes
• Experience with mixing ingredients in large quantities
• Experience with operating a dough press and hand rolling
• Experience handling pastry dough, meat, and poultry
• Experience making sauces and filling large quantities of pastries
• Able to manage self in a cold environment with lifting and extensive standing required
• Focused, motivated, cooperative, reliable, team player.
• Must provide 2 most recent employer references

Availability Requirements:

Must be able to do a 6 a.m. start.
