Salary: $15.00/hr. with commission, incentives, and bonuses (UNCAPPED bonuses and commissions up to $1000 additional per month)
Benefits/Compensation:
As a token of appreciation, new employees will be provided with a $500 commitment bonus for joining, paid in installments over the first 90 days.

Job Description
- Assist customers who are inquiring about new products and services.
- Troubleshoot and schedule maintenance or service.
- Handle customer service calls with urgency, empathy, and a strong commitment to resolving outstanding customer issues.
- Assist with customer related payment solutions and billing inquiries.
- Document customer calls with accuracy
- Demonstrate strong call management/control.
- Resolve customer account discrepancies.
- Respect and uphold privacy and protection of customer information.
- Meet and exceed individual targets and performance expectations with the opportunity to earn additional compensation.
Required Job Skills/Quantification:
- Experience working in customer service, Contact Centre experience is an asset.
- Ability to work flexible shifts.
- Strong organizational and active listening skills to determine appropriate course of action.
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Availability Requirements:
- 5 days a week with a rotational scheduled between the operating hours of Monday to Friday between 8am to 10pm and Saturday and Sunday between 8am to 6pm
- The role requires staff to attend training onsite and work from home after training.
