Job Description

  • Assist customers who are inquiring about new products and services.
  • Assist with customer on billing related issues in an engaging and professional manner.
  • Document customer account information accurately
  • Market/sell new products to existing customers
  • Resolve customer account discrepancies.
  • Respect and uphold privacy and protection of customer information.
  • Meet and exceed individual targets and performance expectations with the opportunity to earned additional compensation.

Required Job Skills/Quantification:

Candidates should have:

  • The ability to work flexible shifts.
  • Strong organizational and active listening skills to determine appropriate course of action for client needs.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong computer and data entry skills
  • Experience working in customer service, accounts receivable, or call center experience. This is not a requirement but is preferred.
  • The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Some sales experience. This is not a requirement but is preferred.

 Availability Requirements:

5 days a week.
Monday to Sunday with a rotational schedule between the business operating hours of 8 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Mandatory onsite training for 3 weeks Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
