The steel pan/steelpan is the national instrument of Trinidad and Tobago. This program teaches participants how to play this wildly popular instrument in an encouraging environment.

- Once submitted, a Tropicana representative will contact you in 1–2 business days and provide you with the necessary administrative forms to complete.
- As Tropicana operates with the support of funders/sponsors, you will need to supply additional information for our reporting requirements. All personal information is kept confidential.
- Once your registration is confirmed, a representative will assist you with the payment process.
Please note your program registration is not complete until it is confirmed by Tropicana.
Schedule: Every Saturday of the 8-week term (There is no class on Thanksgiving Weekend October 7, 2023.).
Beginner Class: 1:00-2:00 p.m.
Winter Session: January 13 – March 2.
Location: Tropicana Community Services Head-office, 1385 Huntingwood Drive, Scarborough ON, M1S 3J1
Age: 9-65+
Cost: Lessons cost $80 per student, per term. There is no discount or reduction of fees for individuals who start after the term begins.
