- Step 2 – One-on-One Assessment. A counsellor will meet with you to understand the challenges you may be facing, and to see which of our services or programs are the best fit for you.
- Step 3 – Free Training & Workshops. Based on a plan we will work out together, we will get you the training and support you need to find a job.
- Step 4 – Job Search Assistance. We will help you search and apply for jobs that best suit your skills.
- Step 5 – Career Coaching & Networking. Our support continues even after you have found a job. We offer coaching and mentorship to help you not only grow in your job but enable you to spot and take advantage of new opportunities.
