Are you employed full- or part-time but looking to advance your career or gain more responsibility at work? This program could be what you have been looking for.

- You can apply for the program at any time during the year.
- The application process starts with a one-on one interview.
- The program is tailored to each participants’ needs and goals.
- There are limited spots for this program.
Eligibility
- Must be between the ages of 18-29.
- Must self-identify as having a disability, including physical and or visual impairments, as well as mental health and other non-visible disabilities.
- Must be a resident of Ontario, a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, convention refugee or refugee claimant with a valid work permit.
- Must be out of school or out of work or only working or studying part-time and not registered currently with any other community employment centre.
- Must be a resident of Toronto.
- Must self-identify as BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour).
- Must self-identify as disabled (including non-visible disabilities).
